- We are very happy with the entire process, from the designing stage to the handover - Our home was transformed exactly as we imagined - A bit late on the initial timeline, but the workmanship is worth the wait - It was easy to communicate and discuss our requests, and we appreciated the new suggestions on ideas, design, and concepts - The after-sales service is awesome. We had some minor issues with our cabinet, and they resolved them in just 2 days.

My project with Kotak Kreatif Design Studio was completed around December 2023. I was involved only until the designing process and for the rest I left it to the team to settle from A to Z. I trust the process as I already paid a professional team to renovate my house. I just visited my unit a few times only just to update the work progress. During the handover time, I was amazed by the entire looks of the house and it feels warm and cozy. I was grateful and highly recommend this team to House owners out there who want a good and great experience in designing or renovating their house.

It was a really bad experience as they were very unprofessional , the reason I took the ID was so that I don't have to deal with 3 rd party but instead I have to deal with everything. i have to liase with the carpenter. He was late in delivery and not a word of sorry instead overcharge us for items we did not request. He even put our house at jeopardy by allowing the contractor of his to put the keys in our post box. lost our SMEG microwave glass too. We had to push him in completing the house and it was not done in a professional manner. The 3D pictures were different from reality. The part where he had all the measurement of the house yet he the very last minute he said there were not enough space for the design. That was with the kitchen and my children's room. He asked for 90% payment even the work was not 90% finished. If he could not complete the project by the date given he shouldn't have taken the job. I had other companies who could complete the job.
