I had a disappointing experience with this company. Firstly, they provided an incorrect installation date and failed to communicate the error. When the installers finally arrived, I discovered that the living room blinds had not been ordered, and again, there was no communication about this mistake. When I contacted customer service and the salesperson, both claimed to be unaware of the issues. To make matters worse, the final installation was scheduled for 4:30 pm, but the installers arrived at 10 am instead. This lack of internal communication and poor installation resulted in a subpar experience. Additionally, the measurement for the L-track in the master bedroom was done incorrectly, leaving it sticking out too far and looking unsightly when the curtains are drawn. The tracks themselves were flimsy and poorly installed, making them visible and detracting from the overall appearance During the second visit, the installers corrected the oversight from the initial installation by installing the living room blinds. However, the new installer attributed the delay to the previous installer forgetting to bring a saw to trim the excess track. Moreover, after installing the bamboo blinds in the living room, I noticed that they wouldn't roll up evenly. One side of the bamboo was protruding due to subpar workmanship. Although the installers acknowledged that this wasn't the intended result and had previously installed blinds that rolled up smoothly, they failed to take responsibility for the issue. Instead, they conveyed that their bosses instructed them to tell me that this was the intended design and suggested 'opening up the space between' as a makeshift solution, which was unacceptable I am extremely dis satisfied with the experience.

1) provided wrong date of installation and did not communicate 2) when installers finally came , some one did not order the living room blinds and did not communicate. When I called the customer service and sales person both claimed that they are not aware 3) final installation was agreed at 430pm , they scheduled installers to come at 10am instead. Extremely bad experience, bad internal communication bad installation. 1) measurement of the L track in the master bedroom was done badly. Sticking out way too long and looks horrible when I drew the curtains . The flimsy and badly installed tracks were visible Was corrected on the second visit when they came to installed the living room blinds they missed out. It was a different installer and he claimed the first one forgotten to bring the saw to cut off the extra track 2) after installing the bamboo blinds in the living room. ( 2 sets ) blinds were not able to roll up evening . One side of the bamboo was protruding out due to bad workmanship ( installers said it wasn’t supposed to be like this, they have installed bamboo blinds that rolled up nicely ). But instead of correcting and replacing the blinds, installers told me their bosses told them to convey to me that it’s supposed to be like this and suggested ‘opening up the space in between to ‘fix’ the problem’ Bad quality of service/ attitude and bad quality of workmanship.

This is a company that deserves zero star. From fabric that was insufficient and delayed installation dates, and wrong length - all sort of mishaps. 5 months passed and belt of curtain that was promised didn't arrived. The hostage situation was they expected full payment upfront. Buyers Beware!.
